Contract Compliance Department

The Contract Compliance Department is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating administration of the Airport Authority's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Business Diversity Development (BDDP) Program.  In addition to its responsibilities, this department will:

  • Partner with other MSCAA Departments to establish business diversity goals;

  • Monitor contract compliance regulation issues;

  • Communicate information pertaining to contracting opportunities and the provisions of goods/services at the airport;

  • Coordinate outreach efforts to increase community participation for MSCAA contracts;

  • Establish and maintain contact with the business community, contractors, government agencies and advocate groups;

  • Resolve any issues related to the performance of contracts by D/M/WBE's working with the airport;

  • Coordinate MSCAA's participation in the Mid-South Minority Business Showcase; and

  • Ensure that disadvantaged minority/women/business enterprises (D/M/WBE's) are provided full and fair opportunities to participate in contracts with the Airport Authority, while in compliance with existing regulations.
