The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Memphis International Airport in April opened the Memphis application site for TSA Pre✓™, an expedited screening program that allows travelers to leave on their shoes, light outerwear and belt, keep their laptop in its case and keep 3-1-1 compliant liquids/gels in a carry-on bag. The addition of Memphis is part of TSA’s expansion to more than 300 application centers across the country.
The Memphis TSA Pre✓™ application center is located on the ticketing level of Memphis International Airport between the Terminals B and C and will be open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Walk-in appointments will be honored on a first come, first served-basis; pre-enrollment at www.TSA.gov is recommended. All applicants must visit an application center in-person to complete the application process. more »
